Clare Rees listened and acted on what we were saying. Took time to think about the best course of action for our daughter and to help make things easier and less time consuming for us. It felt she really put herself in our shoes and gave us the time and consideration needed.
It is very reassuring when this happens and very important, as bringing up a child with medical difficulties puts an additional strain on the family, from a practical and emotional point of view.
It can be disheartening when progress is slow or you put in a lot of time repeatedly going to appointments, with no apparent actions being taken.
Treatment was good. Slight problem with organisation however anything worked out in the end. The problem was not the Miss Rees it was bed management
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I am glad that everything worked out well but I am sorry to hear that there were problems with the organisation of your child's care. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help, you can contact me via my secretary on extension 5871, or speak to PALS at the hospital. We would like to make sure that any problems are fixed so that the care we provide is excellent and the experience positive for the patient and family.
Miss Rees is excellent at her job, she is very professional and her no nonsense approach was reassuring and always made me feel better about things, she always listens to any concerns and explains things in a way that are easily understandable. My little girl wouldn't be here without her
I liked Clare's attentiveness and approach to my baby. Also appreciated the swiftness and clarity of the appointment. Thanks
The doctor was very friendly and cooperative. Definitely would recommend.
